What to Expect?
Inquiry
We get it! Finding the right and perfect photographer is a daunting task! With so many options out there, it gets so overwhelming to know where to even begin! We encourage everyone to pick your top 3-5 photographers and really invest some time in filling out their contact/inquiry form with as much information about, not only your wedding day, but who you guys are as people (i.e interests, hobbies, careers, etc). We truly love reading and getting to know about the people who have taken their time to fill out our contact form! A lot of clients come to realize that a photographer becomes more than just someone who captures your love story, but they’re building a relationship with you in order to earn the right to really tell your story!
Okay, you’ve sent your inquiry and eagerly awaiting our response! Once we recieve it, we usually jump for joy (literally). We try to respond asap as possible or get back to you guys on the same day! From there, we make sure your date is available and how we may be able to serve you guys in regards to your wedding day coverage needs!
Booking
So you decided we are besties and want us to capture your wedding day! Now what?? Most of our packages come with a complimentary engagement session as a little gift to you guys from us! It’s also a way for us to meet prior to the wedding day and really understand and get to know the dynamic of you two! We also get to offer you guys some insight to possible timeline questions, location ideas for your engagement session, or just anything and everything you guys can think to ask!
Engagement Session
The moment we have all been waiting for! Our first date! This is the moment where we really showcase our passion to serve others and be your hype-man 24/7! Our engagement sessions are honestly just us hanging out talking about life, wedding planing, possible therapy session if need be! Our goal is for you guys to be at ease, and focus on one another! Don’t worry, we capture everything!! Even when you’re not looking ;)
Pre-Wedding
So, what about the months in between your engagement session and the wedding day? Well, we are literally a phone call/email away for any questions or concerns you might have! This is even a time for us to connect with you guys more on social media and really build more commonalities with one another! We try to be as active on social media and really try to stay on top of our client’s lives! A month before the big day, we check in on you guys and see how everything is going. We give you a little homework assignment on things we may need for the big day (usually a finalized timeline, a family shot list, etc). Nothing much, but enough for us to come prepared and really focused on not missing a beat on your wedding day!
Wedding day!
Alas!! The day is here!!! Okay, this one is easy. Just focus on the day, focus on your love, focus on your family and friends! We got you! We are super easy-going and we check in with all the vendors and ensure that your day is running smoothly, on time, and with no stress!! Plus, we usually try and get you guys ahead schedule so you can partttayy sooner!!! This is the day you guys have put your blood, sweat, tears into, so let us do the same for you guys!
You’re married!
And in a blink of an eye, the best day of your life is over! You’re in that wedding high! Well, we love to enhance that feeling by sending you guys some sneak peeks of your wedding day for you guys to re-live and share so that you guys can shout from the roof top, “WE ARE MARRIED!”. From there, we are hard at work editing, sleeping, editing, eating, editing, and more editing!! We tend to send you guys some more photos of some moments we had enjoyed during your wedding day! Our delivery is 8-12 weeks but we sure as hek try to get you guys your photos ASAP as possible!!!
